I conduct research for programmes and governments to inform their policy choices and enhance understanding. This has included researching specific frameworks for green growth and gender equality, conducting interviews with social movements in Kenya and Uganda, and writing thought leadership.

I develop monitoring and evaluation systems and work with teams to build theories of change around their work. I have developed evaluative frameworks, indicators and monitoring approaches for climate programmes and governments.

I lead and support strategy processes. My work has included convening strategy workshops for teams to develop their strategy in a specific area, leading stakeholder consultations and strategy workshops, strategy reviews and options development.

I work on climate innovation and have run innovation workshops, set up and run innovation funding programmes and advised funders on how to support innovation for climate change.

I run training for teams or individuals on adapting to climate change, monitoring and evaluation, research and innovation. I have worked with postgraduate programmes and early-career to senior professionals.
